Our Process

  1. Contact Us – Phone, Email, Contact request from.
  2. Initial appointment will be arranged for a member of the team to visit the site to provide guidance and assess the works required.
  3. A written quotation will be sent to you within 7 Days. This will include pictures of the tree and if appropriate annotations of suggested work.
  4. You can accept the quotation by either using our online system or via telephone.
  5. A representative will contact you to arrange a convenient time for works.
  6. If your site requires planning an application will be submitted with 7 days.
  7. The team will arrive on the time arranged and the team leader will introduce themselves.
  8. A member of the team will briefly talk through the work if required and prepare the site.
  9. When the works are completed a final check that works have been undertaken to original specification will be undertaken.
  10. The team will leave the site and invoice will be sent via email, post depending on preference.
  11. We value your opinion so a feedback form will also be sent to allow you to give feedback on any improvements you my suggest.
